So chronic stress is one of the main contributors to aging. I hope I make it to my 40s.

Do we currently have the ability to do targeted methylation or de methylation at sites in cells?

I was thinking maybe some chemicals can help with chronic stress, but then again it would be more like a plaster than addressing the root cause.

I guess the only permanent fix for stress in modern days is having enough money so one wouldn’t have to worry about it. As a single person I cannot think of any scenario where money cannot relieve my stress

i think you're mixing up psychological stress and cellular stress.

as for psychological stress, you will never have enough of anything, or be free enough from anything, or any combination, to be safe from stress.

I get what you mean. Human greed has no bounds. But if one can really discipline themselves then I think it’s possible to be stress free with proper planning and money

yeah maybe, but regardless you'll still have pretty close to the same load of, like, biomolecular stress that causes aging.
