  Yea, that stuck out to me more than the resource usage.
  Id find it difficult to believe that these companies are giving that much money in free loans to the government the way a retail worker estimating their taxes and getting a refund of a few hundred to thousand a year does.
  Is this just tax breaks given to these corps at the end of very year?
