      That guy is a scammer who participated in the Alameda &#x2F; FTX scam: he was SBF&#x27;s mentor and fled the ship, like a rat, before SBF was sent to jail.

      So far and as long as I know the ill-acquired mansion in England by MacAskill with 15 million GBP stolen by SBF hasn&#x27;t been clawed back yet (but it may: in other fraud cases funds and properties have been clawed back as much as 20 years after the fact).

      And he certainly didn&#x27;t hand the mansion back without being asked: for thieves don&#x27;t do that.

      A despicable human being.

      Now I know why he&#x27;s given a voice in some publications: it&#x27;s for the same reason SBF was presented as the 2nd coming of Christ before his scam came to light. These people have relations and splurge (corrupt) money on a lot of people.

      What&#x27;s not clear is why he&#x27;s given a voice on HN.
