    That's interesting because that wording implies that Flock sniffers are breaking the US constitution, since it bypasses e. g. a judge coming to issuing a warrant. That means that Flock tries to bypass the judicial system in this regard.

      Flock is a tool. The users of Flock (the cops) bypasses the constitution. It’s like the manufacturer of a wiretapping equipment wouldn’t be bypassing the constitution, but the user of it could be.
