    The tile should say “coke” instead of “coal”. The largest US coal producer is in Wyoming, not Alabama where this facility is located.

        Coke is worse than coal. Coke is also made from coal, so it actually is plausible that people shorthand the two together.

      The problem is never the $10 or $10k filing fee. It's the limitless list of $10k to $10m expenses the granting authority can unilaterally saddle you with as an approval condition.

      it's even less of a story as, someone stood up at a board meating and incanted "MAGA OMNI Ultitrump padre sanctus" with some secret hand waving signs ,now they are salivating hoping for someone to file a complaint
