For me it removed all motivation for side projects, just give my wishes to the replicator machine.
Additionally the ongoing experience with iPaaS agentic platforms removed the desired to invest into additional programming languages unless they are required for project delivery.
I guess it is ok for those that rather be solution architects or program managers of a little bots team.
