if AI performed as advertised and wasnt just a mildly useful (& addictive) tool thats been hyped up beyond belief it would still be exerting a deflationary pressure on the economy which would compensate for increasing energy prices.
AI might be putting deflationary pressure on services. But as of now it has only increased the price of commodities like RAM modules.
oh dont think it's done anything the bring down the cost of services and it won't.95+% of the companies throwing AI at problems have problems which can't be solved with AI.even where it helps it's usually just duck tape wrapped around badly implemented IT systems.
