We’re looking for an experienced growth/sales leader to join our founding team and own our path to the first 10 paying employers.
You’ll own:
\ B2B growth & GTM
\ Employer acquisition & closing
\ Strategic partnerships
\ Building our first repeatable sales engine
\ Working directly with the CEO
We want someone who has actually grown an early-stage company, knows how to open doors, sell, build relationships, and execute independently.
Equity-only at this stage. No salary yet.
This is a true founding opportunity—you won’t inherit a growth function; you’ll build it.
