   Full-stack &#x2F; product engineer, 4+ years shipping production SaaS end to end. I lead a team of 5–6 engineers for an international client. Built operational dashboards used by ~10k monthly users, fixed duplicate-charge and sync bugs at the source with idempotent webhooks, and ship AI features that people can trust (cited evidence, confidence scores, human review queues). Also 3 years of customer-facing technical support, so I&#x27;m comfortable owning a problem from the customer report to the fix. Looking for: Product Engineer, Full-Stack, AI Product Engineer or Technical Support Engineer roles at small teams.
