Engineering leader with 12+ years experience from hypergrowth startups to quantitative trading firms.

At Qualtrics, I wrote and maintained all the client libraries for our internal event streaming platform built on kafka, used company-wide.

At Citadel I worked on low-latency streaming systems, distributed caches, and also led the migration of our team's systems and redesigned it on top of kafka. I also owned the design of a real-time data visualization system (React/wasm/ksqlDB) with complex aggregations and filters over high volume real-time data.

I served as the founding engineer and CTO at Peachy, where I grew a lean, high-leverage engineering and design team from 0 and designed and built systems that scaled quality of treatment, drove operational efficiency, and removed critical blockers to growth. We did the unconventional: built custom photobooths, printed custom botox labels and wrote custom scanner/printer software, to a proprietary machine learning model that built personalized treatment plans from customer preferences, proven treatment results, and anatomical features.

Lately I've been rethinking and building new ways to get collaborative work done with agents (I'd love to show you!) and working on agentic OS for aesthetics businesses. I'm looking for high ownership, flexible (full-time or contract) roles. Happy to both lead and be hands-on.
