UX / CX Researcher & QA Tester in Training

I'm currently building a UX portfolio through practice reviews and volunteer projects.

Looking for opportunities to apply 20 years of sales and customer support experience and a consumer's eye for product friction as I continue to develop my UX research skills.

I work primarily in writing — clear reports, screenshots, and step-by-step notes.

I’m open to volunteer projects and low-cost pilot engagements.

Outside-in review: First-time user walkthrough documenting unclear areas, friction points, and first impressions.

Flow walkthrough: Review of checkout, onboarding, or help-center flows with documented friction points (where users get stuck, confused, or hesitate).

Heuristic evaluation: Review against established usability heuristics with documented issues and recommendations.

Plain English check: Review of your product from the perspective of a non-native English speaker, highlighting wording that may confuse international users.

QA testing: Bug discovery, reproduction steps, screenshots, and clear reports.

English B2 writing-first, short calls fine.
