    > Note: this is very similar to Pfizer’s COVID vaccine trial which professed to be “95% effective” against COVID-19, but in reality only created a 0.8% reduction...

This is confusing relative risk reduction and absolute risk reduction. Intentional or not, this causes me to discount/question everything written here.

The author of this substacks shows no credentials of being a licensed physician. Further, the author states in other articles that Covid vaccines caused, and I quote, "turbo cancers".

This person is a quack, which is too bad as the actual discussion over statins could be an interesting one.

There's a very specific category of person: THE INTJ SCHIZO. I think I got this term from reading 4chan while bored during the pandemic? There's a specific image for it, I'm confident of that, and I tried to find it - but these people are sufficiently self-regarding to have spent enough time shitting up the internet with their walls of text that it'd be impossible to get anything useful out of Google even assuming Google still actually functioned - which, of course, it does not.

Anyway, this sounds exactly like one of their kind.
