      There are implementations of cp out in the wild that do not recognise the --recursive flag. OpenBSD was mentioned in the article and there’s also busybox cp <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;busybox.net&#x2F;downloads&#x2F;BusyBox.html" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;busybox.net&#x2F;downloads&#x2F;BusyBox.html
