I'm less sure about the music part. My guess is it's not about groove in particular but something else about music preferences or something, but who knows.

I understand how to project a “glamour” by using relaxation and grounding exercises and that is pretty powerful in itself but I don’t quite know how to articulate the rest of it. Sometimes people freeze up in my presence, but 90 seconds of rapid synchronization are safe and effective. 90 minutes is a different matter.
