    I&#x27;m Polish, but this is such a pessimistic, overdramatic take. The visualisations are impressive, but you&#x27;re living in Poland&#x27;s golden age.     The war in Ukraine is a tragedy, but it has proved that Russia is weak. The price shock will speed up the transition to renewables, and Iran is losing its grip on Hormuz. So many of the other issues are solvable.

    It&#x27;s easy to be a pessimist, but there&#x27;s a bright future ahead of us.

      Yeah I struggle to think of a time in the last three hundred years that Poland was in a better position than it is today. Maybe like 2019 or so? And that is basically still the same era.

        Yeah, we&#x27;re new rich, but we&#x27;re also old poor - the majority of millennials and the entire gen x have seen what a proper 3rd world country Poland was back in the 90s - that&#x27;s the bulk of the current workforce. We&#x27;ve navigated worse crises.
