    It's almost s if economic theories actually describe reality! Given that it's economy 101 predicting that this would happen.

    Still, people do it again and again. Rent control proponents for housing should take notice.

      Rent control is nonsense. We need to control the renters. Because they are doing something incredibly harmful at the moment. The reason *I* am now far from a city with offices is directly related to rents being unbearable and own housing unobtainable outside of 10% best paying jobs in the city.
