The one big reason I would love to live in the past or have a time machine is to see a true night sky. Sick of the light washed-out and satellite specked one we have now.
Take a trip to Alaska, northern BC, Norway, etc.There's a particular observatory in Hawaii that is supposed to be amazing.I'm sure there's plenty of other spots!
