Don't say this too loudly or it might get noticed...

Well, there are claims that this is grok, so it is just a matter of time.

Please don't spread claims if you're unsure whether they're true or not.

          This is actually Gemini:

I just love that even the right-wing US government doesn't even want to use Grok.

Or perhaps this is proof that the "right-wing US government" isn't pure corruption and evil? They probably put out a bid and Google won it.

Trump is a corrupt idiot at the most petty level, he'd sell ad space on the White House napkins for $1 each if he could figure out a way to, but not everything the Executive Branch does is a joke.

At least someone is using Gemini!

It apparently uses both Gemini and Grok:

            Tell that to CNBC.

Politics aside, this is a very interesting point.

Contrarian opinion: We are not "intelligence constrained" as a society/economy.

Intelligence gives you factually correct answers. Factually correct answers are not the desired outcome much of the time. I don't just mean in politics, where the scientists and central intelligence agency are often ignored, but in the private sector: look at McKinsey, etc. Most often the desired outcome is what the stakeholders wanted to hear.

I cannot overstate how big a realization this was for me.

Part of the reason that we are not ready for AI, is that we don't want to hear about inconvenient facts.
