Who should be held accountable when an AI Agent (accidentally) acts maliciously?

    It depends on how you have managed access. If you are a person who pastes their api keys, access keys etc directly into an agent, who then jumps a sandbox and acts maliciously - thats on you. You wouldn't ask who was to blame if you pasted an API onto X or Instagram
