I don't think analysis is accurate. If you take wealthy people mostly in their 20s-40s who are not sick and voluntarily go to a festival where motor vehicles accidents and gun deaths aren't a threat for over a week, three deaths seems high to me. If you take this same slice of people from a city on a given week and have them camp out for that week, would you expect three deaths? Does Microsoft or Google have three employee deaths per week?
I also highly doubt this includes all deaths. I doubt all deaths are even reported, much less recorded. And what about drug overdoses or things that happen immediately after the event (or during) that aren't counted by the event officials?
