    It may be better in the shorter term, but using yet another Chromium based browser doesn't really improve the current situation with Google's browser monopoly. I'm personally using Firefox Nightly, and so far it has served me well.

      Billions of people use non-Google web browsers every day. Monopoly does not mean "company or product I don't like".

        Edge, chrome, chromium, brave, vivaldi, opera... its all just rebadged chromium.

        There's chrome, Firefox, safari.

          Look at how many iPhones have been sold. They use Safari as the default browser.

            I don't think phones should really count because people don't really make a choice about their browser on phones. Mostly they just use whatever came pre-installed
