All that keeps jumping out at me is how they've set it to refuse giving users thinking tokens and prompts for full reasoning in output. Just drives me further away; I may not stop using Claude completely for now, but I'll be moving even more of my primary workload to Chinese providers. That's where openness and freedom is now at.
Been thinking about this for a few days and I'm pretty sure this all sounds horrible to me. Obviously the vendor would be judging the value of the outcome, which likely happens way after the usage of the tool.
So I go snap together some valuable innovation out of the same pieces that others have snapped together nothing of value, and then along comes some corporate tax collector? I haven't heard of the "outcome economy", maybe I've got this wrong but I'd much rather pay full price for the tool than give the vendor a percentage of what I do with it.
