doesn't follow. You don't know that they didn't read it! Only that they didn't write it. If the point of things like this is to be careful, then be careful.
the code version of this is worse. an agent written PR looks exactly
like one the author read carefully. only test I've found is to ask
about one specific hunk, "why this and not X". you get a real answer
=in ten seconds or you don't.
