- Ask this AI to create some sort of virus that can be delivered to every human in the world without them knowing it and this virus does a fundamental change to the human brain such that humans never ever could even think of hurting other humans.

I do believe this is possible for a virus to achieve, I just don't think it's possible without killing the human.
