So what’s the latest? That everyone should take creatine and GLP-1s?

      With a peptide chaser.

I wasn’t being facetious. I seriously am asking if everyone should actually take creatinine and GLP-1.

Any reason someone at a healthy BMI should take GLP-1?

I'd like to try a low dose GLP-1 for inflammation benefits but I'm not overweight (5'-9" 162 lbs) so I don't think I could buy it.

That said, a little appetite suppression would be nice. I spend too much of my day thinking about food and that's annoying... For the past couple of years (I'm 56) my cravings for food have skyrocketed and if I ate as often or as much as I want to, I'd pack on weight fast.

A few years ago I did start taking 300 mg of nicotinamide riboside daily and that has helped quite a bit with inflammation.

That and everyone should be taking a statin.

And maybe some aspirin too, but probably less than you think.
