    This makes absolutely zero sense because calls take negligible bandwidth, especially with VoLTE. Not to mention the whole premise isn't even internally consistent. "People don't use it enough, so let's try to save money by making them use it even less! But only randomly and at the margins, so we still have to keep everything running!"

      Isn't business ultimately responding to existential pressure? Examples abound of "what if we our product was slightly crappier, would we make more or less money?"

      In any case, I'm not here to defend the idea, I mostly wanted to see if others are experiencing the same chronic underperformance I have over the last few years.
