      They really try hard to hide the tether, it almost looks like it was added back in to the video afterwards.

      In America you can say and show basically whatever you want.

      &quot;Puffery&quot; has made a mockery of the concept of truth in advertising. Judges will bend over backwards to insist that no &quot;reasonable person&quot; would assume that image is representative.

      An additional factor is that the American consumer is just absurdly stupid and easy to take advantage of. If you put &quot;No growth hormones&quot; on your chicken you sell more, even though you also have to write &quot;No chickens in the US can use growth hormones&quot; right next to it!

      &quot;Made with 100% Real Cheese&quot; is top line marketing in this world. It&#x27;s pathetic.
