    I completely empathized with the writer of this article. It's just incredible! It happens the same in Spain as well. Many doctors say the are burned because of the bureaucracy and efficiency.

    "Cost-effectiveness and increased productivity". A hospital is not a factory. Hospitals should not get benefits as a private company. If you measure how long does it take a surgery is okey, but use it as a goal is mindblowing. Imagine there is something unexpected, what do you do? Or something goes wrong... We are humans. It's unethical to run a hospital like business, as there dealing with human lifes directly.

    Thanks a lot for this article. I really like and we should talk more about this.
