In the post, he had only been at the company for 2 weeks. Maybe they have a really bad on-boarding process and he just wasn't seeing the process clearly.Surely it cant' be this bad, or a company would collapse?
I think we'd all be surprised how bad most software is within businesses, and they somehow still run.
