    As an Australian, I disagree and look forward to opting out.

    Also, I’m not proud of this but Australia has no explicit constitutional right to free speech, and no bill of rights at the federal level AFAIK.

      I prefer free speech, but if a country has already chosen the route to not have it, might as well use that advantageously.

        Don’t get me wrong, it sucks we don’t have it, I wish we had it and I admire the US for having it.

        I’m just pointing out Australian’s don’t have the ability to draw on it’s constitution to push back on government censorship which does take place in other forms.
