Well, if Google Search was an experience where it would show you the most relevant page to your query, they would probably still be in the market. However, so many adversarial efforts, SEO, scam, ads, etc have been put in place that plain Google search is practically worthless for everyday use; they shouldn't be surprised that people jumped at the next best opportunity to replace it.
