Yea, indeed I think we have to proactively keep getting away from doomscrolling/other things which hijack our attention and I don't think it's easy for anyone. It's also not bad if you do it in small doses.

I've personally never bought something out of a Google ad. Tbh how much of their effort they're putting into ads, I don't see much interesting ads. If they would try to sell me some tech/hacky stuff, hell yeah. But random ads, nah thanks.
