Better to just give people more free time: Reduce workweeks to 4 days.

Make working from home/anywhere the norm instead of the exception.

    Build more third places: <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;en.wikipedia.org&#x2F;wiki&#x2F;Third_place" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;en.wikipedia.org&#x2F;wiki&#x2F;Third_place

Give people more safety nets including UBI so they don&#x27;t feel like they constantly need to be &quot;earning&quot; the right to live in basic comfort.

Is this singapore specially? My Singaporean colleagues spend less than 30 minute commuting (which is fine for reading, 15 mins on the metro is a great time to get into a habit), and that’s a fair amount of third spaces (mainly outdoor parks and malls so could be better).

Or are you making your own countries problems onto another country?

        Talking generally

It&#x27;s high time civilization lets people slow the fuck down

Especially with the Age of AI upon us

Certainly in professional jobs in Europe I don’t see that.
