Didn’t know humans are spending that much time in space, over a year wow! I guess they need to workout daily to keep the muscles intact?
That figure you see on the website is total time in space for that cosmonaut, not one big stretch. Though the record for longest single mission is over 400 days, and record for cumulative longest time is over 1100, both by Russian cosmonauts.
