How do we prevent mathemathics from devolving into the Medieval Era of secrecy?

anyone else already experiencing this in a corporate environment? I know I am. Its not just between teams either, its within them.

    What if those chants are prompts? "Make no mistakes", "My Grandma used to love this", "fix this and don't break anything else". Sometimes you have to keep chanting for a while until you get the results.
    There are sources claiming AI is Abominable Intelligence and something completely different from the Machine Spirit. But it seems to me that this is how it feels to be a tech priest.
