   Its reminding me very much of NYC's Chelsea district. Probably inspired by that fine arts culture, which is a little odd for Tokyo, as I've always found it have more subtle aesthetic sensibilities than New York.

      This kind of stuff is all over Japan. "Stores" with almost nothing in them and me wondering who pays for them. Not that I mind. They are interesting.

         Oh yeah that’s true, but I’m thinking the style of the place more so than it’s firm, which is common.
