    Unfortunately many links are 404.

    Would have liked to have seen them.

      i tested each and every single one before posting, i only posted the working ones
    2. mycall · · focus · HN ↗
      Is there an easy way to rewrite them to be archive.org links?

      - very strange indeed, i think every link worked for me when i opened it but it is possible because i have an autoridrect to archive sites when a link does not work extension

    A lot of these visual tutorials&#x2F;explainers remind me there&#x27;s some disconnect between their creation and compensation.

    We never really get whole curriculums of them. There&#x27;s no equivalent to the games&#x2F;book industry level production. Maybe some medical things. There were educational games for a while but those seem less common..

    A whole industry around podcasts and youtube has spawned in a two decades. The scale seems smaller than it ought to be.

    1. vivzkestrel · · focus · HN ↗
      i am more surprised people havent slopcoded threejs to create such visuals for many other concepts and ideas
      1. big_toast · · focus · HN ↗
        Ya. I&#x27;m seeing some, and a few of them are very promising. The volume of good visualizations will definitely grow.

        But that growth seems different from the type of growth that happens in product-market-fit cases. Just makes me wonder what&#x27;s the missing reagent.

    My S++ tier:

    <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;sive.rs&#x2F;below-average" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;sive.rs&#x2F;below-average

    1. vivzkestrel · · focus · HN ↗
      - forget below average

      - i ask stupid questions right here on HN all the time

      - you would literally see it in my history

      - all sorts of questions like why cant we have a language that looks like typed python but runs much faster than c++, rust and zig

      - why cant we have 1 sextillion transistors inside a single chip

      - why cant we use nuclear propulsion to reach 99% the speed of light for interstellar travel and what are the challenges here

      - every single time i literally prefix it like &quot;stupid question: why cant we do xyz&quot;

      1. ceasesurthinko · · focus · HN ↗
        you call them stupid questions, but i say these are quite good, trivial-seeming but actually non-trivial questions that lead you to a deeper understanding.
